RSSI cackled like a hyena when I discovered that this tumblog was indeed full of pictures of gentlemen with their legs crossed at the knee, because it's probably one of the most random themed tumblogs I've ever come across.
BUT IT IS FABULOUS AND I LOVE IT.
Will, this ask has been sitting in the ask box for like a week and I have NO EXCUSE FOR THIS.
But this is a Good Ask.

I am a man. I find crossing my legs at the knee to be among the most comfortable ways to sit. Unfortunately, sitting that way often makes me feel extremely self-conscious, not only because of the self-policing gender conformist demon that sits inside my brain and tells me I'm illegitimate, but because the masculine standard we're all pushed to conform to dictates that sitting that way is the mark of a weak, effeminate, or otherwise inadequate man.
So, because I believe tumblr blogs can solve all ills, this tumblr is intended to serve as a collection of pictures of men - famous or not - sitting with legs crossed at the knee.
I fully realize that, of all the gender limitations, this is neither the most prominent nor the most dramatically harmful. But it bothers me and I just like being externally validated.
